ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PAYROLL CLERK
The Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk will perform accounts payable and payroll duties. Along with that, they will handle customer requests to pay for permits, water bills, taxes, and other payments that are owed, in addition to administrative tasks within the Morenci Police Department. They must be able to explain service, billing and payment options available to the constituent, complete timely processing for all services established or initiated with staff and computer database. This position will also assist the City Administrator / Clerk and the City Treasurer / Utility Clerk.
Please note that applications are due on Wednesday, September 17 by 4 p.m. Interviews will take place on September 18 and 19 and the selected candidate will be expected to start work on Monday, September 29, 2014.
This position will be a part-time with the selected candidate working two, ten hour days a week.
