Accounts Payable Clerk / Office Assistant
The Accounts Payable Clerk / Office Assistant position perform accounts payable duties. Along with that, they will handle customer requests to pay for permits, water bills, taxes, and other payments that are owed. They must be able to explain service, billing and payment options available to the customer, complete timely processing for all services established or initiated with staff and computer database. This position will also assist the City Administrator / Clerk and the City Treasurer / Utility Clerk.
Please note that applications are due by Monday, January 7, 2019 by 6:00 p.m. Interviews will be conducted that week with the start date being the last week of January.
This position is a part-time position at around 16 hours a week.
