The Wakefield Park tennis and pickleball courts are now officially open after being resurfaced. The City of Morenci would like to thank the City Council for accomplishing this Parks & Rec Plan goal, Laser Striping and Sports Surfacing for the fantastic court revitalization, and the Department of Public Works for installing the new posts and nets. As a friendly reminder, bicycles, roller blades, and skateboards are not permitted on the courts.
